Shipping Costs

  • Within India: Shipping is done free of costs for all prepaid orders above INR 1,000. A standard delivery charge of INR 100 will be applicable to all orders (whether prepaid or cash on delivery) . Such delivery charge is non-refundable.
  • Outside India: A standard delivery charge of INR 2000 will be applicable for all orders under INR 15,000. For orders above INR 15,000, no delivery charges are applicable. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available for products to be delivered outside India.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India, We shall charge INR 50 as handling charges. Such handling charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Timelines

  • You can expect your order to arrive in 7-10 days within India. For International orders, it usually takes 8-14 working days for the order to reach the User after placing the order.

  • The Users may easily track their orders through tracking number provided to them.
  • Alternatively, the User may contact our customer care to check the status.

Other Terms of Delivery

  • We usually partners with third party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product delivery to Users ("Logistic Partners").
  • Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the purchased Product(s) will be provided to the User upon the purchased Product(s) being handed over to the Logistic Partner. We may also effectuate Product delivery to Users on its own without engaging Logistic Partners.
  • Prior to making payments on the Platforms for the purchase of Products, the User will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the User should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with sufficient landmarks in order to aid identification of the address.
  • A maximum of 2 (two) attempts shall be made to deliver purchased Products to the User. Should the User continue to remain unavailable after 2 (two) attempts, We reserves the right to cancel the order pertaining to the purchased Products at its sole discretion.
  • While we make reasonable endeavors in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to its Users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of various factors, including logistical issues beyond our control, unsuitable weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, acts of god such as floods, earthquakes, etc, pandemics or health emergency condition and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We, as an internal process, ensures that reputed Logistic Partners are hired to deliver your orders. However, it is not possible for us to ensure that employees of its Logistic Partners behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence and good mannerism. It is expressly clarified that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by employees of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control and any issue arising between a User and an employee of the Logistic Provider will have to be resolved by the User, independently.
  • Title and risk of loss for all purchased Products shall pass onto the User upon the delivery of the purchased Products to the User.
