  • Within India: Free shipping for prepaid orders above INR 1,000. Standard delivery charge of INR 100 for all orders (prepaid or COD), non-refundable.
  • Outside India: INR 2,000 delivery charge for orders under INR 15,000. Free shipping for orders above INR 15,000. COD is not available.
  • For COD orders within India: INR 50 handling charge, non-refundable.
  • Delivery times: 7-10 days within India; 8-14 working days for international orders.

Exchange and Return Policy

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
